At the root of it all, Sabia is a care practitioner for birthing people and every body…

Sabia’s gift is standing at the portal of transition with people whether in birth, death and all the inbetweens.

As a multi-faceted human being, Sabia offers a range of services with a one-on-one, personalized & trauma-informed care model.

All centering the creation, maintenance and evolution of your liberation journey.

For Birthing People:

As a full-spectrum doula (a non-medical trained care worker who supports people during the full spectrum of pregnancy – from preconception to birth to abortion to miscarriage to adoption and so on), Sabia has supported many different reproductive experiences with individuals and families. She is excited to offer a limited number of slots for virtual sessions for birthing people.

  • Birth preparation sessions can include discussing your pregnancy journey, learn about birth options to create your personalized birth plan, educating partner(s) and support people, etc.

  • Childbirth education sessions can include learning about the physiology of birth, assisted delivery/interventions, how to advocate for yourself, lactation options and more.

  • General support sessions can include any full spectrum reproductive experience such as postpartum planning, family building, abortion support and any other topics you may need support with.

  • As a certified Death Doula, I provide compassionate, non-medical, and non-judgmental support to individuals and families during times of critical, transformative life change. I have been trained with Going with Grace and am a member of the National End of Life Doula Association.

My role as an End-of-Life Doula is to nurture, inform, support, guide, empower, and comfort. I work with other caregivers and members of the medical team to ensure that my clients receive the best care possible.

I foster self-determination in my clients by assisting them in gathering information and encouraging them to make informed choices that are right for them. For client needs outside of my scope of practice, I make referrals to appropriate professionals and community resources.

My support is focused on and adapted to the unique needs and requirements of each family served. I am here to provide a calm and supportive presence during this difficult time.

You hold the power to allow yourself to heal.

For Every Body:

Throughout the years, Sabia has studied different care modalities and feels honored to offer these modalities to their community. Her approach to care in any type of session centers liberation, autonomy and growth. A session with her can include somatics (intentional connection to mind and body), breath work, meditation, visualization, massage, grounding, dance, etc. Client led experiences and a mix of Sabia’s intuition means all sessions will always be personalized and no session will ever be the same.

  • I trained in Spiritual Direction through Still Harbor and now support individuals in their spiritual journey through the lens of social justice and liberation.

Spiritual direction is the practice of being with people as they attempt to deepen their relationship with the divine, or to learn and grow in their personal spirituality.

Together, we will turn towards the direction of Spirit.

  • Human Design is essentially a mix of Kabbalah, I'Ching, Myers-Briggs, astrology, biochemistry, genetics, and the chakra system all in one.

As a Certified Human Design Reader, I can assist in bringing understanding and clarity to your specific emotional, psychological and energetic makeup. This information can bring alignment to every area of you life - career, personal development, relationships and more.

  • As a Reiki Master Practitioner, I offer a holistic approach to healing that combines energy work with physical touch. Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.

I work with clients to help balance their qi and promote relaxation, reducing stress and anxiety in the process. Reiki can also help alleviate physical pain and support the body's natural healing process.

  • Looking for someone to facilitate your ceremony? Allow me to share my words with you and your loved one! I have been an Ordained Minister since 2022 and love sharing moments of transition with folks.

“This work is not just about my body.

It’s about the bodies of people who don’t even know they’re not free,”
